Simply call our office and our staff will help you find a convenient appointment time. If the office is closed, leave your name and phone number on our answering machine or make an inquiry through our on-line appointment system, and someone will call you back to schedule. As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm appointments, via texting or phone calls, one to three days prior to the scheduled date.
Once your appointment is scheduled, we ask that you arrive ten minutes early to your appointment to fill out a health history form and a patient registration form in the office.
On the Day of Your First Visit:
On the day of your first visit, Dr. Cai will thoroughly examine your teeth and supporting structures, scan oral cancers, and advise any necessary treatment plan. During your visit, Dr. Cai will provide you with a detailed view of the exam on computer, and you can even ask for your photos to take home. She will also advise you a home care solution to have the best care of your teeth.
If possible, please transfer your x-rays from your previous dental provider to our office. If this is not feasible, just provide us with the dates of your last bitewing and/or full-mouth x-rays if you remember.
Also, remember to bring in your insurance information (if applicable), as well as any forms that will help us process your claim better.
Cancellation:
We have exclusively reserved the time slot for your appointment. If you are unable to keep it, please call our office 48 hours in advance. Our practice does not double book or overlap appointments, except in the case of emergencies; therefore, we need advance notice to give the time slot for other patients.
Since each appointment is time set aside for specific patients, there is a fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.
